Having a dust-free and fur-free home seems to be an impossible feat and an arduous one to complete. Even avid cat-lovers find it hard to keep their home spick and span, with all the chores that come with being a pet owner. You have to clean the litter box regularly, wash and pat-dry food bowls, and clean furs and fur-balls off carpets, sofas, and bedsheets.

Cleaning their mess is as hard as keeping them off your furniture. Cats are very self-entitled beasts! The only things you could do are provide their majesties with what they need and clean their trails, like how handmaids do. The problem is you own the castle, so it’s definitely your responsibility to keep it clean. Sometimes, you need a helper! Pet mommies, like us, don’t really have enough time for everything, do we?

When I said, “You need a cleaning helper,” I didn’t mean for you to hire a domestic helper. That can be very costly! What you need to do is just spend once. By doing so, your problems of being a pet parent will go away, in one snap! So, who is this fairy godmother that you need? It’s no other than “Eureka.”

Although she doesn’t sport a pair of fairy wings, Eureka, a century-old manufacturer of cleaning products, has been offering low-cost, but top-of-the-line, cleaning equipment to Westerners, since 1909. Today, this fairy godmother, in the shape of a multi-million-dollar company, continues to innovate, bringing to market high-tech cleaning equipment. One of their latest entries is the Eureka Flash lightweight stick vacuum cleaner.

In the last few years, vacuum manufacturers have been rolling out sporty models under Tesla-standard prices. Eureka, on the other hand, threw a cost-efficient vacuum into the fray. It was like a cheap multi-cab amid stylistic sports cars. Nevertheless, their lightweight stick vacuum is very efficient and utilitarian, despite its cheap price.

How can I claim such irrefutable claims? Well, I have eight cats! Just imagine the havoc and all the fur they bring to my home. Whenever I had to do some spring cleaning, even when it’s in the middle of winter, hundreds of furs are left in my washing machine. And, not all are removed from my sheets. At times, I had to rinse and wash pillowcases and sheets manually.

I had been doing all that and more until when I discovered Eureka’s lightweight vacuum cleaner. This stick vacuum is very flexible and easy-to-use. I’ve been using it normally for cleaning the living room and our bedrooms. It’s really good for cleaning the norm. Nevertheless, its most useful feature is its capability to handle “off-road conditions.”

What I mean by that is “cleaning all carpet levels and immaculate wooden floorboards.” And yes, I also use it to wipe off the hundreds of paw prints on my white tiles. Its debris, fur, and dust slurping features are effective over all types of terrain.

The Eureka Lightweight stick vacuum is indeed powerful. So far, I’ve used it to clean thick carpets and whatever lies underneath them. Before going over extremely filthy surfaces, I make sure to vacuum our sofa and pillows first. Remarkably, it sucked every small debris and fine fur I could see. It even sucked our dollar bills and pennies!

When that happens, make sure to remove your money from the cup. Yes, Eureka’s dustbags are now gone. What they included in this modern vacuum is an easy-to-empty dust cup. Just turn it over, and voila! All of its contents, including your spare change, will be dumped into a bin. You don’t have to touch anything to clean the gut of this Eureka vacuum.

So, do use a strainer if it sucks something valuable. Its automatic height adjustment and fingertip brush controls enable dedicated animal lovers like us to keep their homes spick and span. It can deep clean both hardwood floors and thick carpets!

With its suction power, it could even slurp wedding rings, and, of course, disgusting furballs! Cats like to gag menacing clumps of fur in hard-to-reach places. The good news is this cleaning equipment was incorporated with swivel steering! What’s that?

Sporting LED headlights, this vacuum greatly helps me whenever I have to remove gagged furballs under my dresser. Gone are days of manually cleaning cat vomits and hand-picking fur balls. Its LEDs make thoroughly cleaning hard-to-reach places easier than a walk in the park. I haven’t missed a single cat hair since I bought this product.

At just 6.3 pounds, this vacuum allowed me to immaculate the walls of my home. I said goodbye to using dirty rags that can trigger my asthma and allergic rhinitis. Whenever I need to dust off surfaces, I convert the stick vacuum into a Hand vac. With this and my funky face mask, my cats stopped hearing my cute-sounding sneezes.

Over the past months, I learned to hold my sneeze and make it less obvious. We don’t want anyone to think that we have COVID-19. Also, my doctor appointments were reduced close to zero, from once or twice per month to zero! Since this Eureka vacuum arrived at my home, I have never had an asthma attack. And the best part is I don’t need to hire someone to clean the kitten room and living room.

It’s just me and my trusty Eureka lightweight stick vacuum. I do everything by myself now. I’m sure even the actual spring cleaning will be a breeze since I have this baby around. I’ve been using it for nine months, and so far, I haven’t experienced any faulty functionality.
